Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Black Star Radio is not liable for any issues, defects, or disputes related to the featured prizes. Responsibility for prize fulfillment, quality, and any related concerns lies solely with the prize providers. By participating, entrants agree to resolve any disputes directly with the respective provider. 

Black Star Radio reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary. 

Must reside in Far North Queensland or the Gulf or Cape Regions, Australia to be eligible to enter. 

Enter as many times as you like.  

A person may only win once every 30 days. If a winner has claimed a prize within the last 30 days, they will be ineligible to win another prize until this period has passed. 

Entries submitted via bots, scripts, or any form of automated means will be deemed invalid. All entries must be submitted by a real person using their own genuine identity.

By entering the promotion, you give Black Star Radio permission to share your full name on the air and online. 

You will need to provide your mailing address so we can send you your prize.
